At Alias Mae, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new footwear isn't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your parcel at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected by our team.
